The stainless steel installation sets may include PTFE/Teflon sealing rings.

We offer a variety of connecting components, such as DIN 32767 clamps, DIN 11851 threading for food industry, inner and outer pipe G-threads, flanges compliant with DIN, EN, ASA, JIS, etc., flanges with raised or flat faces etc. A custom installation set may include, for example, siphon for permanent flowtube flooding, different elements such as valves, lugs for temperature or pressure sensors, various pipe branches, elbows, adapters, and other fittings or components required. Installation sets may be made of ferromagnetic steels (11373, 11523, …), stainless steel (17240) or stainless steel for chemical applications (17349).
These are mainly used for flowtube installations in plastic piping. We offer grounding rings with inner diameters from DN10 to DN600. Laser cutting technology is used in our production. The rings are made of 3mm thick 17349 (316L) stainless steel for chemical applications. They feature openings to align with those in connecting flanges of diameter and position to ensure correct centering within the pipeline. An M6 threaded opening is provided in the earthing ring to connect earthing conductor. We can manufacture custom earthing rings of desired dimensions and thicknesses as agreed. When ordering, the flanges’ parameters need specifying (for example EN1092 – DN65/PN16).
We produce auxiliary components for flow meter installations, such as bolts of different lengths and diameters, flanges flat or with raised faces or with recesses, threading to connect earthing conductors, flow straighteners of customs lengths. Connecting pipe sections, for instance with integrated siphons, valves, lugs for installation of related sensors to measure other quantities (temperature, pressure, …).
